We are very happy to announce the upcoming 2020 plenary meeting of the PARENCHIMA project in Malta on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 october 2020.
Click here for some information on Malta from the local organising committee.
This will be an interactive project meeting focused on the deliverables and objectives of the PARENCHIMA project such as the development of consensus papers, infrastructures for sharing data and software, setup of multi-centre clinical studies, and training programs in renal MRI. The format will alternate between plenary sessions and parallel working group meetings.
The format of the meeting will be similar to that of the plenary project meeting in Prague 2018.
The meeting is open to anyone with an interest in renal MR and registration is free of charge. Details to be confirmed closer to the date.
PARENCHIMA can reimburse only a limited number of participants for travel, hotel and subsistence costs. These will be selected in accordance with COST rules and principles of inclusivity and diversity (gender, geography, seniority). We will prioritise reimbursement to participants who will actively contribute to the sessions or have actively participated in their preparation, or in the respective task forces. However, the budget is unfortunately finite and we can't at this point guarantee full reimbursement to all active participants. If you would like to participate and request reimbursement, please contact one of the working group leads in the first instance to express your interest.
Please find here a list of hotels that have agreed to host PARENCHIMA participants at the rates provided. Please contact the hotel of your choice directly to arrange a booking through the email addresses provided in the list, and mention that your are travelling to the COST meeting organised by the University of Malta.
The conference dinner will take place in the evening of the 15th. Menu and address can be found here. The dinner including a beverage package comes at a set price of 30 EUR payable in cash when you confirm your attendance on site. Participants can opt in to the dinner when registering for the meeting.
The meeting is organised by the local organiser and vice-chair of PARENCHIMA, Dr. Valerie Said-Conti, in collaboration with a local organising team, the chair of the action and the working group leads.
